大規模災害は世界的な現象です。ハリケーン・ハーヴィー等多くのハリケーンや、洪水、地すべり、熱波、地震等により、多くの人的・経済的損害が発生しています。このなかで、国際社会は、各国の制度・災害経験の差異・経済状況の違いを乗り越え、どのような「協働」により、災害による被害を軽減できるでしょうか。このセッションでは、世界の第一線で活躍するリーダーと共に、新しい国際協働のあり方を考えます。
