大規模災害からの「Build Back Better(より良い復興)」を促進するための国際的な協力の枠組として2005年5月に設立（日本政府を含む17の政府、国連機関等で構成）。復興支援ツールの開発やフォーラムの開催など、復興に関する知識の集積と情報発信をはじめとする国際社会における防災の取組を紹介します。
