平成29年11月第二回防災推進国民大会（仙台）では、「多様な主体による地域の防災の現場」で今起こっていることを劇で演じました。１年後の本日お披露目するのは、その時の教訓をもとに生まれ変わった「地域」。「そうか、最初からみんなにいろいろと担当をお願いして、一緒にやればよかったんだねえ」という昨年の「気づき」は、地域の防災をどのように変えたでしょうか？昨年と今年、あなたはどちらの地域に住みたいですか？
