災害は、いつどこにやってくるか分かりません。近年でも、一昨年の熊本地震、昨年の九州北部豪雨、今年の西日本豪雨など、災害が頻発しています。大地震や豪雨などの自然現象は、人間の力ではくい止めることはできませんが、災害による被害は、わたしたちの日ごろの努力によって減らすことが可能です。どうすれば災害による被害を少なくすることができるのか、みんなで議論していきます。
