TEAM防災ジャパンでは、ウェブ上での情報発信に加え、防災リーダーの間に、顔が見える（オフラインの）つながりを作ることに積極的に取り組んでいます。オフラインミーティングは、地域内、全国の防災リーダー間のつながりを醸成するために、全国各地で開催していく取組です。ぼうさいこくたいでは、「TEAM防災ジャパン オフラインミーティング全国大会」として開催し、全国の防災リーダーの交流を育みます。
